Lemon (Citrus limonum)*, Cedarwood Atlas*, Clary Sage*, May Chang (Litsea cubeba)*, Frankincense (Boswellia carterii, wild), Tonka Bean (Dipteryx odorata)* (*Certified organic). A blend of pure essential oils, not pre-diluted.

Diffusion: add 10 drops to a diffuser and run for 20 minutes; repeat every 2-3 hours. Inhalation: add 3 drops to a tissue or to clothing and replenish every 2-3 hours. Topical: dilute in a carrier oil and apply to wrists and the back of the neck; not suitable for sensitive skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
