Skin blends: use at a 1% dilution in a carrier oil or gel and apply to the desired area. Richer blend: add 3% to 10ml of jojoba or rosehip oil and massage gently into the skin. Bath: add 3-5 drops to a warm bath and limit baths to 15 minutes. Massage: add 3-5 drops to a carrier oil, or to 1ml of olive oil, and massage over the stomach in a clockwise direction or into the lower back, repeating as required. Dilute before applying to skin and patch test a small area first.
