DESCRIPTION

French-grown Anthemis nobilis flowers are distilled to produce this certified organic oil, offered undiluted in a 2ml bottle. Its aroma is soft, sweet and warm, with the distinct apple-like note Roman chamomile is known for.

Two or three drops suit a bedtime diffuser or pulse points, and it dilutes well into sweet almond oil for gentle massage. Roman chamomile is traditionally used in aromatherapy as part of a calming wind-down routine and supports restful evenings.

Anthemis nobilis (Chamomile Roman) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 3 drops to a diffuser, or apply 2 drops to pulse points at the wrists and ankles. Bath: add 3 drops to a warm bath; limit baths to 15 minutes. Massage: dilute 1 drop in 1ml of sweet almond oil and massage gently into the desired area. Suitable for babies and children at the recommended dilution. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
