DESCRIPTION

Soft, hay-sweet and floral in character, this oil is a distillation of Anthemis nobilis flowers grown in France. Absolute Essential offers it 100% pure and certified organic in a 5ml bottle, with naturally occurring angelate esters throughout.

Two drops on the wrist and ankle pulse points before bed, three drops in a diffuser, or a well-diluted drop in a carrier oil for gentle massage - each a traditional way to settle into a calm evening.

Ingredients

Anthemis nobilis (Chamomile Roman) - 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Pulse points: apply 2 drops to the wrists or ankles before bedtime, or whenever a calm moment is wanted. Diffusion: add 3 drops to a diffuser in the evening. Bath: add 3 drops to the bath; keep aromatic baths to no more than 15 minutes. Massage: add 1 drop to 1ml of sweet almond oil and massage gently into the neck and cheek, or over the stomach in a clockwise direction, repeating as required. Always dilute before applying to skin and patch test first.
