DESCRIPTION

A plant based protein bar made in Nelson, built around pea protein with cocoa powder and crunchy cacao nibs through it. Each 52g bar carries 14.6g of protein and just 4.0g of sugar, sweetened with monkfruit and stevia rather than cane sugar.

It also does the quieter work most bars skip: 9.4g of dietary fibre, 3.5mg of zinc and 500 million CFU of Bacillus coagulans, a probiotic stable enough to sit on a shelf without refrigeration.

The texture sits closer to fudge than to a dry, chalky bar, and the nibs give it something to bite. Vegan, gluten free and soy free.

Pea Protein, Soluble Fibre (Tapioca), Coconut Oil, Brown Rice Syrup, Almond Butter, Cocoa Powder (4.5%), Vegetable Glycerine, Natural Flavours, Sunflower Lecithin, Cacao Nibs (2.5%), Natural Sweeteners (Monkfruit Extract, Stevia), Salt, Probiotics (Bacillus Coagulans), Mineral Salt (Zinc).

Contains almonds.

Instructions

Eat one bar as a snack or alongside a meal. Store below 25C, out of direct sunlight. Best eaten at room temperature - a cold bar firms up considerably.
