Skin blends: add German Chamomile at 3% to 10ml of jojoba or rosehip oil and massage into the skin, or use at a 1% dilution in natural oils and gels. Bath: add 3-5 drops to a warm bath; baths should not exceed 15 minutes. Massage: add 3-5 drops to a massage oil and rub into the stomach and lower back, or add 3-5 drops to 1ml of olive oil and apply to the stomach in a clockwise direction. Patch test on a small area of skin before first use.
