This is the homework and exam blend, and the one to have running in an office at three in the afternoon. Sharp, green, faintly peppery, and it does not let a room get comfortable.
Four to eight drops in a vaporiser. On a tissue by the desk if you are somewhere you cannot diffuse.
The restrictions are firm: avoid during pregnancy, and avoid if you have epilepsy or high blood pressure.

- A blend of Rosemary, Basil, Black Pepper and Peppermint.
Massage or body oil: 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba.
Bath: 4-6 drops stirred through a little carrier oil or milk once the water has run.
Inhalation: straight from the bottle, or a few drops on a tissue.
