Every tablet is moulded rather than compressed so it dissolves under the tongue quickly. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin.

Instructions
Dissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day. Children under 12 years of age should use half dosage. Tablets are designed to melt on or under the tongue rather than be chewed or swallowed with a drink; take 15 minutes before or after food or drink. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Always read the label and use only as directed.
