The FastMelt format does away with water and swallowing entirely; the tablet simply disappears under the tongue. Biotin is included here as a source of the nutrient, contributing to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Instructions
Dissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day. Children under 12 years of age should use half dosage. Tablets are designed to melt on or under the tongue rather than be chewed or swallowed with a drink; take 15 minutes before or after food or drink. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
