The soft orosoluble tablets dissolve on or under the tongue and need no water. Biotin is included as a source of the nutrient, contributing to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the maintenance of normal skin.

Instructions
Dissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day. Children under 12 years of age should use half dosage. Tablets are designed to melt on or under the tongue rather than be chewed or swallowed with a drink; take 15 minutes before or after food or drink. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
