Instructions
Diffusion: add 5-10 drops to a diffuser, leave for 10 minutes and replenish regularly. Personal use: place 3 drops on your collar or pulse points in the morning. Bath: mix 10 drops into half a cup of any milk, then add to running bath water; limit baths to 15 minutes. After showering: add 5 drops to a wet face cloth and rub over the body, then towel dry if required. Do not apply neat to skin; dilute in a carrier oil and patch test a small area first.
