Cordyceps grown as fruiting bodies, not mycelium on grain.
Cordyceps militaris is cultivated rather than wild harvested, and Gaia uses the fruiting body only, so there is no grain substrate in the capsule. The beta glucan content is printed on the label, which is the number worth comparing between mushroom products.
