Where Curcumin Complete is turmeric on its own, this one puts three botanicals in the same capsule, each standardised so you can see exactly what you are getting.
The curcumin is 250mg of BCM-95, a 25:1 Curcuma longa rhizome extract standardised to 95% curcuminoids with Ar-Turmerone. Alongside it sits 250mg of AKBAMAX boswellia, an extract of Boswellia serrata resin standardised to 45% boswellic acids, of which 10% is AKBA. The third is 100mg of ginger extract from Zingiber officinale rhizome, standardised to 5% gingerol.
All three have long histories of use in Ayurvedic practice, and they are conventionally used together rather than separately.
The standardisation percentages are the part worth reading. An unstandardised boswellia tells you nothing about its boswellic acid content.
