Adults and children 12 years and over: dissolve 5g (one level 5ml measuring spoon) in a minimum of 1 cup (250ml) of water and drink. If needed, a second dose may be taken at least 2 hours after the first. Maximum 2 doses in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 14 days. Not recommended for children under 12 years.
