DESCRIPTION

Grown in Australia and steam distilled from the leaves, Eucalyptus radiata fills this 10ml bottle as a 100% pure, certified organic single oil. Absolute Essential describes it as a clean and refreshing plant distillation.

Add a few drops to a steam bowl or diffuser, or dilute into a massage cream for the chest and back. Eucalyptus is traditionally used in aromatherapy for a feeling of clear, easy breathing.

Ingredients

Eucalyptus radiata (Eucalyptus Australiana) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Steam inhalation: add 5-10 drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe the vapour for up to 5 minutes. Diffusion: add 5-10 drops to a diffuser. Massage: blend 20 drops into a quarter teaspoon of massage cream or carrier oil and apply around the throat, chest and back, or rub 5 drops onto the sole of each foot before bed. Around the home: add 5 drops to a wool hand wash, or 10 drops to the rinse cycle. Patch test first, as it may be irritating to sensitive skin.
