Steam: add 5-10 drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe gently for about 5 minutes; repeat as required. Massage: blend 20 drops into a quarter teaspoon of massage cream or carrier oil and apply around the throat, chest and back up to three times a day, or rub 5 drops into the soles of the feet at bedtime. Diffusion: add up to 10 drops to a diffuser. Household: 5 drops in a wool hand wash, or 10 drops in the rinse cycle of your washing machine.
