DESCRIPTION

Australian-grown Eucalyptus globulus leaves are distilled for this certified organic single oil, clean and minty fresh in character. Absolute Essential supplies it 100% pure and undiluted in a 10ml bottle.

Add five drops to a steam inhalation and breathe deeply, diffuse it through a room, or mix five drops with massage cream or olive oil and rub into the desired area. It is traditionally used in aromatherapy to support natural respiration.

Ingredients

Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus Blue Gum) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Steam inhalation: add 5 drops to a bowl of steaming water and breathe deeply for 10 minutes. Diffusion: add 5-10 drops to a diffuser. Massage: mix 5 drops with massage cream or olive oil and rub into the desired area; use as required. Topical: add 10 drops to 1/4 teaspoon of massage cream or carrier oil and apply around the throat, chest and back up to three times a day. A half dose is recommended for children and the elderly. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
