DESCRIPTION

Sweet and warming, with a soft anise-like note, this certified organic single oil is distilled from Foeniculum vulgare dulce seeds grown in Bulgaria. It is 100% pure and supplied undiluted in a 10ml bottle.

Three to five drops dilute into olive or sweet almond oil for a chest or abdominal massage, and five drops suit a footbath or a short warm bath. Traditionally used in aromatherapy to support normal digestion and healthy circulation.

Ingredients

Foeniculum vulgare dulce (Fennel Sweet) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Massage: dilute 3-5 drops in a carrier oil such as olive or sweet almond and massage into the chest, or into the abdomen in a clockwise direction. Footbath or bath: add 5 drops and soak for up to 15 minutes. Use in small amounts and always dilute before applying to skin. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
