Topical: add 5 drops neat, or in 1 tsp of sweet almond oil or body cream, and apply to the chest; repeat as required. Bath: add 10 drops once a week, with 1 cup of Epsom salts if desired; keep aromatherapy baths to no more than 15 minutes. Overnight: apply 2-5 drops to the back of the hand in the evening, cover with a cotton glove and leave overnight. Blend: mix 10 drops with 5 drops eucalyptus and 5 drops lavender spike in 1ml of almond oil and massage into the chest and back once or twice a day. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
