Lavender True 10ml — Lavandula angustifolia maillette, 100% pure essential oil. Peppermint 10ml — Mentha piperita, 100% pure essential oil. Diffusion: add 3-5 drops of any oil in the set to a diffuser and replenish as required. Steam: add 3-5 drops of Peppermint and/or Tea Tree to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam. Bath: add 3-5 drops of Lavender True to bathwater; keep aromatherapy baths to no more than 15 minutes. Topical: apply 1-2 drops of Lavender True or Tea Tree to the desired area, or add 5 drops to 250ml of water and wash the area twice a day. Massage: dilute 2-5 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil and massage into the desired area. Apply to clean, unbroken skin only and avoid the eye area. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
