EndoAxis gives its formulas numbers rather than names, and Formula 2 is one of them. The numbering reflects how the range is used: every formula is designed to be matched to a pattern a practitioner identifies on functional lab testing, not picked for a single concern.

EndoAxis began in 2023 as a practitioner-built platform for reading lab results, and the formulas grew out of it. Its founders include naturopathic doctor Guy Citrin and Microbiome Labs co-founders Tom Bayne and Kiran Krishnan, with naturopathic doctor Liz Bartman as chief medical officer.

Formula 2 sits in the Restore group on the label and comes as 60 vegetable capsules in a glass bottle, which EndoAxis uses across the range in place of plastic. It is made in a GMP-certified facility, with ingredients checked for heavy metals and contaminants, and made without corn, soy or wheat.
