Most supplement brands name a product after what it is for. EndoAxis numbers them instead, and Formula 24 is one of its practitioner formulas, each designed to be matched to a pattern identified on functional lab testing.

EndoAxis was founded in 2023 by practitioners and people from inside the supplement industry. Its team includes naturopathic doctors Guy Citrin and Liz Bartman, alongside Tom Bayne and Kiran Krishnan, who previously co-founded Microbiome Labs.

Formula 24 sits in the Optimize group on the label and comes as 180 vegetable capsules in a glass bottle, which EndoAxis uses across the range in place of plastic. It is made in a GMP-certified facility, with ingredients checked for heavy metals and contaminants, and made without wheat or soy.
