Diffuse a few drops in the evening, or blend into a moisturiser or carrier oil before applying to the face and body. Frankincense is traditionally used in aromatherapy for grounding, quiet focus and supporting the appearance of mature skin.

Ingredients

Boswellia carterii (Frankincense) — 100% pure essential oil.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 3-5 drops to a diffuser. Bath: add 3-5 drops to a warm bath; limit baths to 15 minutes. Skin care: blend 5 drops into 25g of moisturiser or face cream and apply as part of an evening routine. Massage: mix 3-5 drops into 1 tsp of a carrier oil such as sweet almond or apricot kernel and massage gently into the desired area. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
