Per 2 capsules: Proprietary Blend 750mg: Oregon Grape Root and Rhizome (Mahonia aquifolium), Ginger Rhizome (Zingiber officinale), Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus), Fennel Seeds (Foeniculum vulgare), Peppermint Leaves (Mentha x piperita), Wild Yam Root (Dioscorea villosa), Catnip Leaves (Nepeta cataria). Other ingredients: Capsule (gelatin, water), silicon dioxide.

Instructions

Take 2 capsules with a meal three times daily.
