DESCRIPTION

Zingiber officinalis, distilled from fresh rhizome in Madagascar, gives this certified organic single oil its bright, warming and spicy character. Absolute Essential presents it as 100% pure ginger essential oil in a 10ml bottle.

Three to five drops in a diffuser fill a room with warmth, and the oil can also be diluted in a carrier oil for massage. Ginger is traditionally used in aromatherapy for energy, focus and a warming sense of vitality.

Zingiber officinalis (Ginger) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 3-5 drops to a diffuser and repeat as required; blend with orange sweet, lemon or cedarwood atlas to soften the aroma. Massage: dilute 3-5 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil and massage into the desired area. Compress: add 2 drops to a warm compress and leave in place for 10-15 minutes. This is a strong oil, so use small amounts and patch test on a small area of skin before wider topical use.
