DESCRIPTION

Grown in Italy and cold pressed from the rind, Citrus paradisii gives this certified organic single oil its fresh, clean, softly sweet grapefruit scent. It is 100% pure and undiluted in a 10ml bottle.

Add a few drops to a diffuser in the morning, to a footbath, or dilute into a carrier oil for massage. Grapefruit is a bright top note associated with an uplifted, energised mood.

Ingredients

Citrus paradisii (Grapefruit) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 5-10 drops to a diffuser in the morning; repeat as required. Footbath: add 10 drops to a footbath with Epsom salts. Massage: dilute up to 30 drops in apricot kernel oil and massage into the desired area, then rest and drink plenty of water. Topical: add 5 drops to a damp face cloth and rub over the desired area after a shower. Bath: dilute in milk first before adding to the water. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
