Instructions
Steep 3 g of loose leaf (approximately 2 teaspoons) in hot water. SuperFeast suggests taking it twice daily. Brew in a pot or infuser and strain before drinking; it can also be brewed in a larger batch and sipped through the day.

Water temperature and steeping time are not specified by the manufacturer, so follow the directions on the pack. Once opened, keep the bag sealed or decant into an airtight container to protect the leaf.
