DESCRIPTION

Sweet orange, lavender sweet, bergamot, palmarosa, cedarwood atlas, ylang ylang, geranium and clary sage make up Harmony, a gentle ambient blend from Absolute Essential. It is certified organic and supplied neat in 10ml.

Add five to ten drops to a diffuser or to bath water, or mix ten drops into a teaspoon of body oil for massage. Warm and floral, it is associated with an open mind and a calm, positive atmosphere.

Ingredients

Orange Sweet*, Lavender Sweet*, Bergamot*, Palmarosa*, Cedarwood Atlas*, Ylang Ylang*, Geranium*, Clary Sage* (*Certified organic). A blend of pure essential oils, not pre-diluted.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 5-10 drops to a diffuser. Bath: add 5-10 drops to bath water; keep aromatherapy baths to no more than 15 minutes. Massage: mix 10 drops into 1 tsp of body oil or body cream and massage in. Dilute before applying to skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
