Diffusion: add 5-10 drops to a diffuser and repeat hourly as desired. Inhalation: hold the open bottle under the nose and breathe in deeply, repeating as needed. Topical: rub 1 drop into the temples and the nape of the neck, keeping well away from the eye area. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
