Per 2 capsules: Proprietary blend 540mg: Nettle leaves (Urtica dioica), Quercetin (from Sophora japonica fruit), Bitter Orange fruit (Citrus x aurantium), Bromelain (from pineapple fruit, Ananas comosus). Other ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, capsule (gelatin, water), cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Instructions

Take 2 capsules twice daily.
