Diffusion: add 10 drops of your chosen blend to a diffuser, run for 10 minutes and replenish as required. Bath: mix 10 drops into a quarter cup of fatty milk (nut, bean, grain or dairy), then add to the bathwater; limit baths to 15 minutes. Massage: blend 10 drops into 1 teaspoon of Untouched Body Oil, Lotion or Cream and massage gently into the body. Do not apply neat to skin. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
