Eucalyptus Australiana (Eucalyptus radiata), Lavender Spike (Lavandula latifolia), Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia), Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens), Pine Scotch (Pinus sylvestris), Manuka (Leptospermum scoparium, wild harvested), Thyme Thymol (Thymus vulgaris ct. thymol). All constituent oils certified organic except the wild-harvested manuka.

Diffusion: add 10 drops to a diffuser, replenishing as required. Steam inhalation: add 3-5 drops to hot water and breathe in gently. Massage: blend 10 drops into 1/4 tsp of body cream and rub into the chest, or apply 5 drops to the soles of the feet before bed. Bath: mix 10 drops into 1/2 cup of milk, add to a warm bath and limit to 15 minutes. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
