Ingredients
- A set of three 10ml certified organic pure blends. Immune Care: Manuka, Lavender Spike, Thyme Thymol, Tea Tree. Breathe Well: Eucalyptus Australiana, Tea Tree, Aniseed. Inhale: Eucalyptus Australiana, Lavender Spike, Peppermint, Kanuka. Presented in a handcrafted gift box made from sustainable Nepalese Lokta bush paper.
Instructions
Diffusion: add 10 drops of one blend to a diffuser; the room is scented in about 10 minutes, replenish as required. Topical: mix 10 drops into body oil, lotion or cream and rub over the chest. Bath: stir 10 drops into a quarter cup of full-fat milk (nut, bean, grain or dairy) and add to the water; keep aromatic baths to 15 minutes. Steam: add 3-5 drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe gently. Feet: rub 2-3 drops into the soles before bed. Evening: 2-3 drops of each blend, alone or combined, in a bedroom diffuser. All three are undiluted, so dilute before applying to skin and patch test first.
