Eucalyptus Australiana (Eucalyptus radiata)*, Lavender Spike (Lavandula latifolia)*, Peppermint (Mentha piperita)*, Pine Scotch*, Mint Wild*, Tea Tree*, Kanuka* (*Certified organic). A blend of pure essential oils, not pre-diluted.

Steam inhalation: add 3-6 drops to a bowl of steaming water, or to a tissue, and breathe deeply. Diffusion: add 6-10 drops to a diffuser. Topical: put 1 drop onto the fingertips and apply to the base of the nose. Smudge 1-2 drops onto wrists and the back of the neck; for sensitive skin, dilute first as for massage. Massage: mix 10 drops into 1 tsp of body cream or carrier oil and rub onto the chest; repeat as often as required. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
