Carrier oil: use as a base for diluting essential oils, and apply as often as required. Moisturiser: add 5-10 drops to a cotton bud and rub over the face at night, or massage in. Protective base: apply before exposure to sun, wind, snow or rain, and under sunscreen. Hair and scalp: apply 2-5ml directly to the hair and scalp, leave overnight if possible and rinse in the morning. For a more intensive conditioning, massage into the scalp and leave for at least 30 minutes, then rinse and shampoo; repeat 2-3 times a week. For external use only, and patch test on a small area of skin first.
