As a moisturiser, warm a few drops between the fingers and massage into freshly cleansed face and body, morning or night. Apply before exposure to sun, wind, cold or rain as a protective base layer, and under sunscreen if desired. For hair, massage 2-5ml through the hair and scalp, leave for at least 30 minutes or overnight, then rinse and shampoo; repeat two to three times a week. Also suitable as a carrier oil for diluting essential oils before massage. Patch-test before first use.
