Diffusion: add 5 drops to a diffuser; blend with 10 drops lavender true and 5 drops cedarwood atlas. Bath or footbath: add 5 drops and soak for up to 15 minutes. Massage: dilute 5-8 drops in castor oil or another carrier and massage into the desired area, then cover with a cloth to hold the warmth. Compress: combine 3 drops with 3 drops rosemary cineol in a warm compress. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
