Ingredients
- Kava kava (Piper methysticum) root extract 400mg per serving (serving size 1-2 capsules), standardised to 30% total kavalactones. Other ingredients: capsule (gelatin, water), cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Instructions
Take 1 capsule with a meal twice daily. Bedtime dose: take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes prior to retiring. Do not use while driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Not intended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by persons under 18. Consult a health-care professional prior to use if you have liver concerns, frequently use alcohol or take any medication. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.
