Lavender Sweet, Lavender True (Lavandula angustifolia maillette), Mint Wild, Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), Chamomile Roman (Anthemis nobilis). All certified organic. Undiluted essential oil blend.

Compress: add 10 drops to a bowl of hot or warm water, soak a cloth, wring it out and apply to the lower back; repeat every 30 minutes or as desired. Massage: dilute 3 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil and rub gently into the lower back. Do not apply neat to skin. Not for internal use. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
