Diffusion: add 1-3 drops to a diffuser and refresh as required. Inhalation: add a drop or two to a bowl of hot water, drape a towel over the head and breathe the vapour. Massage: dilute 3-5 drops in 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil such as sweet almond or apricot kernel and massage into the desired area.
