DESCRIPTION

Sharper and more camphoraceous than true lavender, this certified organic oil is distilled from the flowers of Lavandula latifolia in France and supplied 100% pure in a 25ml bottle. Linalool, 1,8-cineol and camphor lead its aroma.

It suits a diffuser or a steam inhalation, and dilutes well in a carrier oil for chest or body massage. In aromatherapy the oil is associated with feeling clear, calm and settled at the end of a busy day.

Ingredients

Lavandula latifolia (Lavender Spike) - 100% pure essential oil, distilled flower, France. Certified organic. Key components: linalool, 1,8-cineol, camphor.

Instructions

Diffusion: 1-3 drops in a diffuser, refreshed as required; a drop on a shirt collar also works. Steam inhalation: 5-10 drops in a bowl of hot water, breathe the vapour under a towel, up to three times a day. Massage: dilute 3-5 drops in 1 tsp of a carrier oil such as sweet almond or apricot kernel and massage gently into the desired area. Blends well with other fresh, aromatic oils. Patch-test a small area of skin before first use.
