DESCRIPTION

Lavandula angustifolia maillette, distilled from the flowers in France, gives this certified organic single oil its soft, floral and lightly herbaceous aroma. Absolute Essential bottles it undiluted as 100% pure lavender in a 10ml size.

Widely used in aromatherapy, it can be diffused through a room, added to a warm bath, or diluted in a carrier oil for massage. Lavender is traditionally associated with calm, unwinding and a settled evening routine.

Ingredients

Lavandula angustifolia maillette (Lavender True) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Diffusion: add up to 10 drops to a diffuser. Bath: add 5-10 drops to a warm bath; limit baths to 15 minutes. Massage: dilute 3-5 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil and massage into the desired area. Topical: 1-5 drops may be applied directly to a small area of skin. Use half the adult amount for children 5 years and over. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
