Instructions
Diffusion: add up to 10 drops to a diffuser. Bath: 10 drops in a warm bath; keep aromatic baths to 15 minutes. Massage: dilute 3-5 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil and massage into the desired area. Topical: 1-5 drops may be applied to a small area of skin. Bedtime: rub a few drops into the soles of the feet. Use half the adult amount for children 5 years and over; Lavender Sweet is the usual choice for children under 5. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
