DESCRIPTION

Cold pressed from the rind of Citrus limonum grown in Argentina, this certified organic single oil is 100% pure and undiluted. Absolute Essential describes it as a refreshing and energising plant extraction, bright and unmistakably citrus.

Diffuse it through a room, add a few drops to a footbath, or dilute in sweet almond oil for massage. Lemon is traditionally used in aromatherapy for a lift in mood and to support normal immune function.

Ingredients

Citrus limonum (Lemon) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Diffusion: have 5-10 drops diffusing in the home or workspace and replenish as desired. Footbath: add 5 drops with half a cup of Epsom salts to a bowl of warm water. Massage: dilute 50 drops in 10ml of sweet almond oil and massage into the desired area. Bath: dilute in a little milk first, then add to the water; limit baths to 15 minutes. Around the home: add 3-5 drops to a damp cloth and wipe down surfaces. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
