DESCRIPTION

Cymbopogon citratus leaves grown in Nepal are distilled into this certified organic single oil, bright and grassy citrus in aroma. Absolute Essential bottles it 100% pure and undiluted at 10ml.

It can be diffused through a room, added to a footbath, or diluted in a carrier oil for massage. Lemongrass is traditionally used in aromatherapy to freshen a space and support relaxation.

Ingredients

Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 5-10 drops to a diffuser and top up as required. Footbath: add 5 drops to a foot bath; repeat as often as required. Massage: add 5-10 drops to your preferred carrier oil and massage into the desired area. Bath: add 5-10 drops to a tepid bath; limit baths to 15 minutes. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
