DESCRIPTION

Sri Lankan Citrus aurantifolia gives this certified organic single oil, cold pressed from the rind and bottled undiluted at 10ml. The aroma is crisp, green and sharply citrus, with limonene among its naturally occurring components.

Five drops in a diffuser or a spritzer refresh a room quickly, and a single drop suits pulse points. Lime is traditionally used in aromatherapy for an energised atmosphere and to support normal immune function.

Ingredients

Citrus aurantifolia (Lime) - 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 5 drops to a diffuser and replenish as required. Room mist: add 3-5 drops to a spritzer of water and mist through the space. Pulse points: apply 1 drop and avoid direct sunlight afterwards. Blending: pairs well with rosemary cineol, tea tree and lemon; refresh before mealtimes if using for appetite. Bath: dilute in a little milk first, then add to the water and limit baths to 15 minutes. Dilute before applying to skin and patch test a small area first.
