Adults, take 1.2 g (1/2 teaspoon) once to twice daily, starting at 1/4 teaspoon if you are new to tonic mushrooms. Mix into hot water, coffee, tea, cacao, broth or smoothies. For a bulk bag, decant a working amount into a smaller airtight jar and keep the main bag sealed with its desiccant sachet in a cool, dry pantry; SuperFeast note bulk bags can also be frozen in an airtight container.
