Adults, take 1.2 g (1/2 teaspoon) once to twice daily. If you are new to tonic mushrooms, start with 1/4 teaspoon and build to 1/2 teaspoon or more as desired. Stir into hot water, coffee, tea, cacao, broth or a smoothie — no cooking required. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep the desiccant sachet in the bag.

Not suitable for anyone with a mushroom allergy. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking blood-thinning or blood pressure medication, or taking neurological medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. SuperFeast advise discontinuing use two weeks before surgery.
