Blend two to three drops into sweet almond oil for massage, add five drops to a diffuser or a milk-diluted bath, or apply diluted to the small of the back at bedtime. Associated with balance and composure.

Ingredients
- Citrus reticulata (Mandarin) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.
Instructions
Massage: blend 2-3 drops with 5 drops of Lavender True into sweet almond oil and massage into the skin. Skin care: add 5 drops to 2ml of wheatgerm oil and apply daily. Diffusion and bath: blend 5 drops with 5 drops of Geranium and add to a diffuser or bath; dilute in a little milk first if using in the bath and limit baths to 15 minutes. Alternatively apply diluted to the small of the back before bedtime. Blending: pairs well with sandalwood for diffusion or pulse points. Dilute before applying to skin and patch test a small area first.
