Warm citrus and soft wood notes — orange sweet, petitgrain bigarade, cedarwood atlas and Australian sandalwood — sit over a certified organic base of avocado, almond, wheatgerm and jojoba oils. Lavender true, French marjoram and Roman chamomile round out this 100ml Absolute Essential blend.
Pre-diluted and ready to use on skin, it is massaged directly into the body, most often after a bath or in the evening. The oils are traditionally used in aromatherapy as part of a calming wind-down routine at the close of the day.

Certification: ingredients certified organic where marked by the vendor; Ho Sho is wild-harvested and Sandalwood Australian is not marked organic. Country of origin: New Zealand. Allergens: contains almond (nut) oil and wheatgerm oil, and may contain gluten — not suitable for anyone avoiding tree nuts or gluten. For external use only — do not take internally. Patch-test on a small area of skin before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes — flush with water if contact occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical care, consult a health professional before use. Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight, with the cap firmly closed; natural plant oils will thicken in cold weather. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Instructions
Ready to use on skin — already diluted in a carrier base, so no further dilution is required. Warm a small amount between the palms and massage directly into the skin with long, even strokes, as often as suits your routine. Particularly suited to use after a bath or shower, when skin is warm, or in the evening before bed. Patch-test a small area of skin and wait 24 hours before first use. For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes.
